For our client a global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a SAP Cutover Lead



The Company

  • Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company located near Neuchatel, Switzerland

  • Focused on R&D and delivery of innovative medicines across several therapeutic areas, including oncology, hematology, immunology, and CVD.





The Role


For the internal site in Switzerland and external manufacturing (ExM), the position holder will oversee the ERP Integration Project (SAP) Cutover Plan, Tracking and Execution for Go-Live to deliver on intended outcomes:

  • Define, document and present cutover strategy in collaboration with project stakeholders.

  • Leads the internal site & ExM cutover plan for all Functional Areas (Business and IT teams).

  • Oversees internal site & ExM cutover activities for all Functional Areas (Business and IT teams).

  • Ensures cutover-related deliverables and schedules adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with best practices of GPS/GMO and IT GPS PMO.

  • Liaises and coordinates with all workstream leads, Testing Lead, DSL (Designated Security Liaison), Training Lead, Oracle IT SMEs, IT DCMs and IT SAP team), Program Manager, Site Project Manager and other stakeholders.

  • Builds and tracks the Cutover schedule with the Program Manager, Site Project Manager, and appropriate stakeholders.

  • Identifies dependencies, evaluates risks/issues, and communicates status to the Project Manager and appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across the project.

  • Provides global status reporting on behalf of workstream leads, IT and In-Market Cutover Leads

  • Supports the Global Program Manager and Site Project Manager to plan, track and deliver the targeted objectives of the cutover activities.

  • Supports project team to deliver according to the plan.

  • Conducts Cutover meetings (Business & IT) and shares related minutes.

  • Prepares Cutover status reports and documentation to keep the Program Manager, Project Manager and Onsite project sponsors informed of Cutover activities progress and potential risks/roadblocks so they can take appropriate action.

  • Proactively engages and energizes the team members to build and execute the Cutover Plan as per targeted timelines

You


Our client is looking for someone who has:

  • Computer science/Information Technology degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 10+ years’ SAP Project deployment expertise in Pharma, ERP Systems implementation – Preferably SAP and GxP Systems Implementation from requirements to delivery of final product and documentation included.

  • Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Science industry experience.

  • Experience in ERP Systems (Preferably SAP) implementation.

  • Implementation of other standalone and interconnected computerized systems supporting Production activities.

  • Proficiency into System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV).

  • Awareness of 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex and other Regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Familiar with Change Management processes and tools and regulated document authoring.

  • Strong experience in driving Project Management.

  • Strong capability to manage Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid projects.

  • Agile, flexible, autonomous in analysis, problem-solving and achieving deliverables.

  • Service-oriented mindset.

  • Business acumen.

  • Strong relationship and collaboration skills (verbal and written) with IT and Business both Global and Onsite stakeholders.

  • Constructive influencing of colleagues to a positive outcome.

The below skills are a plus:

  • PMP certification or equivalent.

  • Business Analysis (BA) experience.

  • ServiceNow PM module knowledge.
