We are looking for a Microbiology Consultant for an assignment at a large life science company.
The consultant will be required to review the client's existing microbiological hazard assessment and control plans of the product’s manufacturing sites to prepare the client for FDA inspection.
Tasks will include:
review of current hazards/risks, critical points, manufacturing process steps (including cleaning), existing controls and effectiveness
review microbiological assessment from a design perspective and its implementation in the manufacturing process
Most of the work can be done remotely, however, some travel may be required to visit the 2 European manufacturing sites.
Desired Profile:
- Microbiologist with at least 15 years of experience
- Able to travel EU/be on site in Poland/Netherlands
- Food industry experience
