The Role
This instrumental role will help to roll out the future MES solution for the company's manufacturing site:
Leading change management for each workstream with a structured methodology/process
Developing change management plans for MES NextGen deployment project
Assessing the impact of planned organizational changes (business ways of working, new practices within the project, etc.)
Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
Identifying and managing proactively the resistance to change
Providing reporting and regular updates to the Project Manager and project teams
Organizing training for onsite employees as per a defined plan
Preparing training materials with relevant stakeholders and managing workshop organization
Supporting the definition of success metrics and measuring performance against these during the benefits realization period
Supporting coordination activities within the project
Supporting the development of communications related to change initiatives
You

Change management principles, techniques & tools. certification is a plus
Self-organized, facilitator and proactive

Fluent in French - Proficiency in English is a mandatory
